  • Personalized Goods: Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized items (names, photos, etc.) are final sale unless there is a manufacturing error or damage.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: We take full responsibility. We provide a prepaid shipping label and a full refund/replacement for any faulty products.

    • Changed your mind (Wrong size/ordered by mistake): Customer covers return shipping.
