1. Shipping Origins
To provide the highest quality craftsmanship, we ship our products directly from our specialized manufacturing hubs:
- Neon Signs: Handcrafted and shipped from our facility in Vietnam.
- Custom Rugs: Produced and shipped from our specialized workshop in China.
2. Shipping Rates & Costs (United States)
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $6.99 for all orders under $150.00.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $150.00 or more.
Note: All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
3. Delivery Timeline
Your total wait time is calculated as follows:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

- International Transit: Handled by specialized partners including YunExpress, Yanwen, or FedEx International.
- Final Mile Delivery: Completed by trusted domestic carriers: USPS, UPS, or DHL Parcel.
6. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we strive for punctuality, shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions.
- If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact our support team immediately.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We Can Custom LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry or theft after a “Delivered” status is confirmed by the carrier.
