1. Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer straightforward shipping rates for all domestic orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $6.99 for all orders under $150.00.
- Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $150.00 or more.
Note on Taxes: Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and will be displayed clearly at checkout (if applicable). All shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Delivery Timeline (United States)
To estimate when you will receive your order, please use the following formula:
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Transit Time.

Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 11 – 20 business days. This timeframe allows us to ensure the highest quality for your custom items and accounts for international transit logistics.
3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We partner with a network of world-class carriers to ensure your custom orders are delivered safely and efficiently, regardless of their origin.
Our Shipping Partners:
To maintain high quality and competitive pricing, we utilize a two-stage delivery process for our custom products:
- Initial Transit: For orders fulfilled through our global network, we use specialized logistics partners including YunExpress or Yanwen to handle the international transit and customs clearance.
- Final Mile Delivery: Once your package arrives in the U.S. and clears customs, the final delivery is completed by trusted domestic carriers: USPS, DHL US, or DHL Parcel.
Order Tracking:
- Tracking Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number.

- Status Updates: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to synchronize and update in the carrier’s system after you receive your notification.
4. Shipping Origin & Global Fulfillment

Depending on item availability and your location, your order will be shipped from our primary facility in the USA or from our specialized production partners in China and Southeast Asia.
Regardless of the origin, every product undergoes a strict quality control process at our partner facilities before being dispatched, and We Can Custom, LLC remains fully responsible for the delivery and quality of your purchase.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or high seasonal volume).
- If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipment, please contact us immediately.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
