  Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be new, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: We cover 100% of return costs and offer a full refund or replacement. Please provide photo evidence via email.
  • Customized Items: Due to their nature, personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Change of Mind: For standard items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, the item moves into production and cannot be cancelled.
